A-Son's Construction, Inc. was founded in 1999.  It started as a small local provider of default services, such as debris removal and yard services, for bank-owned properties.  The owners soon realized what it was that lenders needed to service their default properties: prompt response times, quality work, and one place to go to get them.  ASONS soon became the one-stop-shop for property preservation services throughout Indiana.

Today, ASONS is a leading provider of property preservation and construction services throughout the United States.  It is headquartered in Muncie, IN with regional offices in Southfield, MI and Columbus, OH.  It distinguishes itself by being a full-service provider of default services to the mortgage industry.

ASONS has grown from a few employees and a handful of local contractors to large networks of inspectors and contractors covering all specialties including inspections, initial services, repair, renovation, lead-based paint remediation, and much more to fully service default properties on a national level.  Agents, investors, banks, and other national companies continue to use ASONS in an ever-expanding way because of their ability to provide complete preservation and construction services in a timely manner and for the right price.
