Background
A-Sons, founded by the owners of Beeson Realty in 1999, began life by providing lawn mowing and 'trash-out" services to local construction and real estate companies. Understanding that bank-owned properties required timely and quick responses for their home preservation needs and recognizing that no one company in Indiana offered all the services necessary for bank-owned properties, Ason's created a niche market by becoming a one-stop shopping service provider for bank owned properties.
In a few short years, A-Son's had grown to become the largest property preservation company in the state of Indiana. REO departments, agents, investors, and banks continue to use their services in an expanding coverage area because of Ason's ability to provide complete preservation and quality construction services in a timely manner.
Today, A-Sons has 4 offices throughout the United States with the home office being a 17,000 ft. office building as can be seen on this page. A-Sons staff completes high-quality REO and construction work in multiple states by using its extensive sub-contractor network. |
