Ason's Construction Inc. (Ason's) was founded by Jeff and Carolyn Beeson in 1999. It was started with the knowledge and understanding that bank-owned properties require timely and quick responses for their home preservation needs. It was also apparent that no one company in Indiana was offering all the services that may arise out of necessity when dealing with bank-owned properties. This caused agents and REO Managers to constantly search for qualified individuals/contractors to complete an assortment of work.

Ason's niche is to successfully respond to all the needs for bank-owned properties. By dedicating ourselves to completing all jobs correctly and on time, Ason's has grown to be the largest property preservation company in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois. REO departments, agents, investors, and banks continue to use our services in an expanding coverage area because of Ason's proven ability to provide all services in a timely manner.
